By submitting a referral, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
Referrals must be legitimate business contacts who have consented to being contacted by Redcar regarding its products or services.
Referrals must represent a genuine potential customer who may reasonably benefit from Redcar’s services.
Redcar reserves the right to determine referral eligibility at its sole discretion.
Qualified Demo Requirement
Referral rewards are issued only after the referred company completes a Qualified Demo with the Redcar team. A Qualified Demo is defined as a scheduled product demonstration conducted by a Redcar representative and attended by an appropriate representative of the referred company. The demo must be completed in full and confirmed as qualified by the Redcar team.
Qualification Criteria
For a demo to qualify for a referral reward, the referred company must meet the following criteria:
-Operates in the home services industry, specifically in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing or electrical
-The demo must be attended live by the referred company (no-shows or cancellations do not qualify)
-The attendee must have decision-making authority or meaningful influence over purchasing decisions
-The company must have generated at least $3 million in annual revenue in the previous fiscal year
-The company must employ two (2) or more Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
-The company must use ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Additional qualification requirements may apply. Final determination of whether a referral or demo qualifies is made solely by the Redcar team.
Unique Company Requirement
Referral rewards are issued per unique company, not per individual contact. If multiple employees from the same company attend a demo or are referred separately, the referral will count as one eligible referral. If the same company is referred by multiple participants, the reward will be granted only to the participant whose referral was first received and accepted by Redcar, as determined by Redcar.
Approval Discretion
Redcar reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any referral or reward at its sole discretion. Redcar may reject referrals that do not meet program criteria or that appear to violate the intent of the referral program.
Reward Fulfillment
Referral rewards will be issued after:
-The demo has been completed
-The referral has been verified as qualified by the Redcar team
Rewards are typically delivered within 1–2 business days following approval. Redcar reserves the right to modify reward delivery timelines if necessary.
Referral Tracking
Referrals must be submitted through the official Redcar referral form or referral link in order to be eligible for rewards.
Redcar is not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to incorrect submissions or technical issues.
Referral Attribution
If multiple participants refer the same company, the referral reward will be granted to the participant whose referral was first recorded by Redcar’s system, as determined by Redcar.
Disqualification
Referrals will not qualify for rewards if they:
-Are self-referrals
-Are duplicate submissions of the same company
-Are companies that are already Redcar customers
-Are companies that are already in active discussions with the Redcar sales team prior to the referral submission
-Contain inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information
-Are submitted without the consent of the referred contact
-Are generated through spam, automation, scraping, or other abusive practices
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program may result in disqualification and removal from the program.
Program Changes
Redcar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect rewards already approved prior to the change.
Referral Conduct and Promotion Restrictions
Participants must promote the referral program in a lawful and ethical manner.
Referrers may not:
-Send unsolicited mass communications or spam
-Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to generate referrals
-Offer incentives, compensation, or rewards to prospects in exchange for booking a demo
-Misrepresent Redcar or its products and services
-Use paid advertising or impersonate Redcar in connection with the referral program
Redcar reserves the right to review referral activity and disqualify referrals that violate these guidelines or that appear to manipulate or abuse the program.
Taxes and Reporting
Referrers are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with referral rewards received through the program. Redcar may require referrers to submit tax documentation (such as a W-9) before issuing certain rewards, as required by applicable law. If required, Redcar may issue appropriate tax forms to participants receiving rewards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redcar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the referral program.
Redcar is not responsible for:
-Lost, misdirected, or delayed referral submissions
-Technical errors affecting referral tracking
-Inaccurate or incomplete referral information submitted by participants
Participation in the referral program is voluntary, and participants assume responsibility for compliance with these terms.
Final Determination
All determinations regarding referral eligibility, demo qualification, reward eligibility, and program participation are made by Redcar and are final.
