Eligibility
Referrals must be legitimate business contacts who are open to being contacted by Redcar and potentially booking a demo.
Qualified Demo Requirement
Rewards are issued only after a demo is completed and approved as qualified by the Redcar team.
Qualification Criteria
A qualified demo requires:
- The company offers services in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical
- The demo is attended live (no-shows don’t count)
- The attendee has decision-making authority or strong influence
- Have generated over $3 million in annual revenue in the last fiscal year
- Have as two (2) or more Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Use ServiceTitan or Houscall Pro as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Final qualification is determined by the Redcar team.
Approval Discretion
Redcar reserves the right to approve or deny any referral or reward at its sole discretion.
Reward Fulfillment
Rewards are sent after qualification approval, typically within 1–2 business days.
Disqualification
Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, spam, or referrals submitted without the contact’s consent are not eligible.
Program Changes
Redcar may modify or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.
