After submission, the Redcar team reviews the referral to confirm it meets basic criteria. If approved, we’ll schedule a demo with the referral.
A demo is considered qualified if:
- The company offers services in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical
- The demo is attended live (no-shows don’t count)
- The attendee has decision-making authority or strong influence
- Have generated over $3 million in annual revenue in the last fiscal year
- Have as two (2) or more Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Use ServiceTitan or Jobber as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Final qualification is determined by the Redcar team (see terms and conditions for more information).
Rewards are sent after the demo is completed and approved as qualified. Typically within 1-2 business days.
You’ll submit the referral using the referral form and receive a referral link to share with your contact.
Your contact uses that link to submit their information and confirm who referred them, allowing us to properly attribute the referral.
Yes. There’s no limit and each qualified demo counts as a separate reward.
Yes. Referrals may be rejected if they are:
- Not a fit for Redcar
- Not open to a demo
- Duplicate, self-referrals, or spam
Rejected referrals are not eligible for rewards.
