After submission, the Redcar team reviews the referral to confirm it meets basic criteria. If approved, we’ll schedule a demo with the referral.
A demo is considered qualified if:
- The company offers services in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical
- The demo is attended live (no-shows don’t count)
- The attendee is either an owner or general manager
- Have generated over $3 million in annual revenue in the last fiscal year
- Have as two (2) or more Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Use ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
Final qualification is determined by the Redcar team (see terms and conditions for more information).
Rewards are sent after the demo is completed and approved as qualified. Typically within 1-2 business days.
You’ll submit the referral using the referral form and receive a referral link to share with your contact.
Your contact uses that link to submit their information and confirm who referred them, allowing us to properly attribute the referral.
No. There is no limit to how many companies you can refer. Rewards are issued for each unique company that completes a qualified demo with Redcar. Multiple people from the same company do not count as separate referrals.
Yes. Referrals may be rejected if they are:
- Are not a fit for Redcar
- Are not willing to schedule or attend a demo
- Are already a Redcar customer or already in Redcar’s sales pipeline
- Have already been referred by another participant
- Do not meet minimum qualification criteria
- Contain incomplete or inaccurate information
- Cannot be contacted by the Redcar team
- Are duplicates, self-referrals, spam, or automated submissions
- Rejected referrals are not eligible for rewards.
Redcar reserves the right to determine referral eligibility at its sole discretion and rejected referrals are not eligible for rewards.
